Frequent Questions and Answers

Who can benefit from a Thai stretch session?
This practice is for everyone—from elite athletes to those with limited mobility. A Thai stretch session can help release tension, improve range of motion, and promote overall well-being.
If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that you are concerned about, please consult with your physician before booking.

What can you expect from a Thai stretch session?
It is a creative and intuitive flow of assisted yoga stretches incorporating the energy line and breathwork. During a session, the recipient (receiver) lies on a floor mat while the practitioner (giver) uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply mindful touch along energy lines, stretch muscles through asana, and mobilize joints through active and assisted movement. Each session will be tailored based on your personal needs.
If you find getting up and down from the floor challenging, then this practice can be modified with the use of a massage table. Kindly let us know during your booking and we can accommodate the request.

What should I wear for a Thai stretch session?
You are fully clothed in this practice during the whole session. Please wear stretchy or long, loose fitting clothes or comfortable gym attire that provides full range of movement without restrictions.

What forms of payment do you take?
